Sreeja, yes MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology does take admission via COMEDK .
The cut off based on previous years records go up to the rank of 4400 .But the cutoffs may change depending on the number of students who appeared for the exam and as well as the difficulty of the paper.

In 2018, the general merit cutoff rank for EEE at Ramaiah University of Applied sciences was 36996 whereas the general merit cutoff rank for Mechanical engineering was 55656.
