Does RBSC provide 12th pass certificate? I have my SSC CGL document verification but I don't have 12th pass certificate

Below is the list of documents you need to carry while going for document verification process in ssc cgl exam.
10th Class Mark-sheet + Pass Certificate
12th Class Mark-sheet + Pass Certificate
Degree mark-sheet of all semester/year and degree certificate
Post preference Form Filled and duly signed
Caste certificate in case of OBC/SC/ST candidate.
central Govt. Civilian Employee certificate and NOC in case of candidate availing age relaxation under CGCE.
Discharge certificate in case of Ex-servicemen candidates
OH/HH/VH certificate in prescribed format in case of Physically Handicapped category
All documents must be duly self-attested for verification
04 passport size photographs (2 required)
ID proof (Voter card/Identity card issued by the college etc.)
If the candidate’s name is changed after the 10th Class affidavit of that is must and required.
