As all the countries on the globe have

1. Very strict immigration requirements
2. and require persons in security-related jobs to be citizens or Permanent Residence immigrants in good standing, something that will take many years after you have immigrated.
3. Forget about ALL the 36 countries in the OECD. They will not hire persons who are not well established and, in most cases, citizens
