does seat matrix change for pgi as mentioned in the notification list on october 6th as they said "it is provisional' ?

Hello Manoj,
Provisional list means that the candidates whose names appear in the list are eligible. But it does not grant the right to candidate of being selected for the post.
If the candidate whose name appear in the eligible list fails to provide the required documents then his/her candidature is treated as cancelled. So, the provisional list is not the final list.

Thank you! I also want to know is there any chance of change in the no.of seats available for each category as given in the latest admission notice, in the notification it is said that "no of seats indicated are provisional and may increase or decrease". So is there any chance of change in no.of seats in any category later?
