Does Self attested certificate mean putting signature in the Xerox paper of our certificate or in the original form certificate?Pz clarifyMe

Hello

Self-attested is always done on the photocopy of documents, not on the original documents. It's just a process of putting across your signature in the photocopy of the required documents. One does not ever need to do self-attested on original documents. Self Attestation is just a method of verification of a document by the applicant himself/herself, it's never done on the original one.

Hello aspirant!

Self attested always means a self attested copy. I am sure if you sign in your original certificate then you will probably ruin it forever. Self attested certificate means getting a xerox of that particular certificate and then signing at the bottom preferably or anywhere on that xerox. I hope I clarified your doubt.
