Does separate rank come for ews students in Mhcet exam . Is it beneficial for getting good college ?

Yeah! There will be a separate rank according to the EWS reservation.
EWS enables you a reservation of 10% seats in all government colleges as well as Private institutions(not mandatorily all). So you can get a good college with EWS certificate.
