Hey Usha.

See the paper standard of all the engineering entrance exam are same when questions are considered as base rule. If u are practicing for JEE MAINS u are actually preparing for other entrance exams too.

But keep in mind about the topic wise weightage of the subjects in the MH CET which might different from exam to exam. Just practice whatever competitive books u are having that will ultimately help u in some way.
