Does the counselling of tnea takes place online or we have to go to that place

The application needs to be filled online. For documents verification you need to go to the designated centers. After succesful document verification, you will be prompted for online counselling. The choices need to be entered online. Thus the counselling takes place online. But for documents verification, you need to go to the designated centers.
