Hello!
To answer your question, Yes, the cutoff of IBPS clerk differs statewise. The cutoff is released statewise and category wise, differing for general, backward classes, SC and STs.
The cutoff for Telangana last year was around 43.

@Pramod: Yes the cutoff for IBPS Clerk is state wise. There are 546 vacancies in total for Telangana and the cutoff is separate for it. Good Luck!
