ON the ORIGINAL DEGREE CERTIFICATE, you would be given the passing date,year of the degree you have done.please check it once and make that date/year as your passing date in any form you fill up.

if the exact passing date is not given instead only month and year are given,please once contact your university-examination cell and ask for the information because it differs from university to university.
