Does the private medical colleges of country doesn't participate in all India quota of NEET UG 2018 counselling?

Yes majorly private colleges have seen participating in AIQ quota under NEET UG.

But during choice filling the choices of colleges bought to us never listed any private college in first as well as second round. There were only govt , central universities like bhu amu du and deemed universities.Is the changes made this year not to include private emdical colleges in AIQ counselling?
