Does the school from which one passed 12th provide character certificate for droppers ?

Character certificate is provided to all the students who pass class 12 along with TC/Migration.

It is provided only once ie. When you pass class 12

. If you have dropped before class 12 it doesn't matter , you will get character certificate after you leave class 12.
