You are not asked General Knowledge in CAT and most of the MBA entrances. It's only XAT which has GK. And yes these two newpapers are enough , rather the best ones.

They can supplement your preparation by increasing your reading sped, improving your vocabulary and keeping you updated about the recent happenings which will also help you in the GD/PI/WAT rounds. However do not make the mistake of relying solely on newspaper as it is only supplementary in nature and cannot replace the conventional preparation means.
I would also suggest you to read The Hindu or The Indian Express in place of TOI.
