hey,

there is no mention of date in neet post graduate application process. you need to separately submit you photograph and signature during online form filling.

photograph should be (Maximum 80 Kb size, in JPG/JPEG format) and signature (Maximum 80 Kb size, in JPG/JPEG format) .
