does they prefer rank or marks ?(in counselling)can i get a seat in 0U or JNTUH any my rank is 84 in CS.

In counselling rank is preferred because rank is calculated from marks.
You can definitely get a seat in JNTUH based on Last year's cut off .
Last year's cutoff rank is 1074.
You can also get a seat in OU based on Last year's cut off rank
Last year's cutoff is 1220.
