Generally almost all Degree college Generally almost all Degree college and hostels and UG and PG hostels will allow mobile phones but not to be used during class hours.

Yes definitely, every college allows mobile phone. Hardly any college you should found they should not allow mobile phone. Yes, when the class is going & you are using mobile in the middle of a class, this will not be tolerated.
