Scholarships are mostly given to the students having good rank in jee mains and 12th percentage atleast above 90%.

WILLIAM WEBSTER MERIT-CUM-MEANS SCHOLARSHIP
Brief on Scholarship-
Jaiprakash Sewa Sansthan has setup an initial corpus of Rs. 20 Lacs for the William Webster* Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship to be provided to eligible students from the income earned by way of interest from the corpus. The scholarship would be provided to students admitted to the Jaypee Education System across the 3 Campuses from the Academic Year 2004 onwards through a transparent mechanism by as Scholarship Committee set up for the purpose. Selected students will get a tution fee waiver for the year up to a maximum of one semester Tution Fee. All scholarship amounts will be adjusted against the tution fees of the year in which approved.
*Prof. William Webster retired as Vice Provost, University of California, Berkeley, USA. He is the Member – Governing Council, Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT), Waknaghat and Board of Management, Jaypee Institute of Information Technology(JIIT), Noida.
ELIGIBLY CRITERIA FOR AWARD (FRESH CASES)
• Combined income of parents/guardian should be less than or equal to Rs. 1.5 Lacs per annum.
• Merit is determined on the basis of following weightages of marks obtained in classes 10th, 12th and performance in B.Tech. 1st semester. Class 10th : 15% Class 12th : 35% B.Tech. 1st sem. : 50%
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (CONTINUATION CASES)
A student shall continue to get the scholarship, in the subsequent years provided he/she fulfils the following criteria:
• Minimum CGPA of 7.0 on 10 point scale.
• Combined income of parents/guardian should be less than or equal to Rs. 1.5 Lacs per annum.

Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida has two scholarship scheme for its UG Students
- Free Education to Top JEE Rankers or Financially Poor Students
Students who take admission in the first year of the 4-year UG program w.e.f. academic session 2008-09, at any of the three Institutes i.e JIIT (Noida), JUIT (Waknaghat) or JUET (Guna) with an overall All India Rank of less than 1000 in JEE exam conducted by CBSE, shall be provided free education for the entire duration of under graduate programme.
