Listen you have not Mentioned about which degree you were asking . It depends that the University where you have studied is recognized or not. If the college or Universities  is affiliated by AICET etc.

Which degree are you enquiring about, see in majority of government exams such as UPSC, state PSC, SSC CGL/CPO, RBI Grade B or Assistant, SBI PO or Clerk, IBPS PO or Clerk, RRB PO or Office Assistant, Insurance Companies Exams for AAO or Assistant, ABARD Grade B Officer to name a few just need to pass graduation in any discipline from a recognized University, only in case of RBI Grade B 60% in graduation is needed  for NABARD Grade B or RBI Assistant 50% in graduation is needed, for rest of the exams there is no specific aggregate is required.
