So, to answer your question, Yes all the JEE mains and JEE advanced counseling for all the colleges will be done online this year. The steps to participate in the counseling :
Step-1: Registration - First the candidates had to register in the JoSAA web portal to participate in the JEE Main 2020 counselling and seat allotment process.
Step-2: Choice Filling & Locking - They have to lock their college preferences and B.Tech courses. The seats are allocated to the candidates on the basis of choices filled.
Step-3: Seat Allotment Process - Students will be allocated seats based on the availability of seats, preference & merit of the candidates. However, the mock allotment will be conducted by the exam authorities in two rounds before the actual seat allotment process.
Step-4: Fee Payment & Seat Acceptance - After the completion of the seat allotment process, they will have to select any one of the following options
