Does ts btech student get fee reimbursement after transfer of college in 3rd year

We understand your concern.Please note that most of the Engineering college do not allow any kind of reimbursements after the transfer of colleges in the third year. Please talk to your respective institute aout the same for more clarity on this.All the best!
