Hey Arijit,
You cannot clear JEE examination with hit and trail method ( tukka method ) . Any national level examination can not be cleared with this tukka logic. JEE requires continuous effort and practice which is not possible in one day. So i will suggest you to prepare well and then give your JEE examination rather than using a cheap tukka logic in the exam. I hope you have got the point.

Hi dear,
This totally depends on your luck if you can tick more than 20 questions correctly and you get very less negative marks then you may clear the cutoff.You have to tick more correct and less incorrect so that overall you can get a sufficient score but it totally depends on your luck.
