No, VBSPU admissions are primarily entrance-based. While admission to some of the courses is based on the university-conducted entrance exam, namely Purvanchal University Combined Admission Test (PUCAT), admission to remaining courses are conducted through national-level entrance exams, including JEE Main, UPCET, etc.
