Does VIT and SRM have integrated btech and mtech 5year course?

The VIT has invited application for the admissions into the post graduate programmes :- The M.sc ( Biotechnology) is an 5 year integrated course offered at vellore campus only, while M.tech (software engineering) , which is also an 5 year course is being offered at all the campuses of VIT
In SRM, there is only MBA 5 year integrated course is being offered
