In VJTI there is no any courses available for Machine learning or artificial Intelligence.
you can persue Bechelor in computer science then after you can apply for Aritificial Intelligency in some other Universities.
if you want to persue graduation with machine intelligency,then you should go for US.
in Us universities which has Machine intelligency courses are as follows-

- Texas A & M University, Texas
