In MCC Neet counselling process you don't need to register again if you have filled the registration form earlier Just you have to fill fresh choices for upgradation the new registration for those students who are not participated in first round of counselling.please note that be careful at the the time of making preference list you can use Neet predictor tool it will help you in choice filing
