As it is going to your D- day, so should not take any chance, weather spiritual or religious nothing should spoil your d- day.
NEET has its own dress code and being a part of this prestigious exam one must follow the rules of NEET DRESS CODE and the barred items
Light colored clothes simple and plain top, shirt, t shirt or kurti of half sleeves and for bottoms salwar and trousers with fewer pockets.
Candidates must not wear unpleasant colors, embroidery, pin, brooch or any accessory as health band, hand band, hain pin or any metal, caps, belts.
Kurta payjamas are not allowed.
Heavy dresses are not allowed.
For any customary dress report exam centre 1 hour before the exam.
Sikhs are allowed to wear kada.
For footwear shoes are not allowed you can only wear slippers and open sandals with low heels.

You need not to wear anything else except loose half sleeves clothes and slipper or flat sandles.
Anything else violates the dress code of NEET.You cannot wear anything on your wrist.
Even if you wear ,the security at the center will ask you to remove it ,so its better to be in proper dress code.
