Does your board of education matters for XLRI and IIMs ? I did my schooling from MP board.

Hi Ankita! Generally, there is no specific criteria for boards in XLRI or IIMs. However, for IIMs, there is different weightage assigned for different percentage range. That too, has no specification regarding board. So don't worry about that.
