Pursuing MBA in Marketing will come handy if you have relevant experience into Digital marketing and Social Media Marketing.

Yes definitely as you will be adding work experience in your CV so you can definitely add digital marketing as your technical skill.
You won't be showing it as certified course but it will be shown in your work experience box. In that you can mention all the work and projects done. Also you can mention of any initiatives you have taken during your working period. And don't forget to mention your achievements or honours if you received during your working tenure.
This way you will attract the companies who are looking for marketing or more specific digital marketing profile during the placement season because company prefers the students with prior experience in the same or related field. Make sure you prepare very well about your work what you used to do so that you can take the interviewer in confidence that how good you were in that work.
