Firstly, to clear your confusion, you cannot do a MBA in Biotechnology. Postgraduation in Biotechnology means either a M.Sc/M.Tech from India or MS abroad. Manipal University is one of the best private Universities in India for Biotech having excellent infrastructure, faculty and research facilities besides having a very strong international reputation. After B.Sc in Biotech, you must answer GRE and English Aptitude Tests like IELTS/TOEFL for Admission in MS, in Universities Abroad. Nowadays, GATE Scorecard is also accepted by many Top Universities like NUS and NTU Singapore, RWTH Aachen and TU Munich Germany for Admission Purposes. After MS, if ought you may pursue a PhD followed by an illustrious career in Research, Industry or Academia.
However, certain Universities abroad favour 4 year UG Biotech Engineering students for PG Courses like MS. You may or may not face this issue in your Dream University. However, I would advise you against going for Masters Abroad. Instead you should Complete your M.Sc from Reputed Public Universities or Technical Institutes like IITs, NITs, IISERs or IISc Bangalore followed by a PhD abroad.
