It depends mainly...!!
Turkey is very cheap country if you consider it with Europe or Canada. Some universities are really good. I can confirm that their education quality beyond most of the western universities. Also if you decide to choose an university in Istanbul you will find yourself in diverse culture of the east . Most of the institutes are best in India which can give you more high and good education. Mainly the choice is yours.
