Dear Aspirant,
After iti you will get starting job as fresher 10k .
After 2 year experience you will get 12 to 14 k not even 15k inhand daily traveling extra. I saw many iti people working having good experiences but company not even give then 20k pm. Because many people did iti and many people ready to work at low salary .
Now talking about diploma there is some situation max you will get after 10 year experience is 30k per month so think about it.
