Domicile Certificate is not issued to children under 18 years of age, in our city. So, can I upload my parents' Domicile Certificate? Please guide.

Yes dear, when you don't have your domicile certificate then you first need to give an undertaking stating the reason of inability to submit your certificate and you are submitting your parents' certificate as a substitute. Then attach the domicile certificate of your parents to serve the purpose. Follow the notification panel of your designated authority to confirm the acceptance of your documents.
