hey

yes you can apply to private college of other states without being domicile there if you clear 15% all india quota cut off. see there are two types of cut off - one is 85% states quota cut off which means that college has 85% seats reserved for student belonging to same state as college. other is 15% which means college has 15% seats reserved for other states students. college will release out their cut off for both quota once neet results are out and you can apply for 15% quota if you clear cut off
