I got Data Science in 1st round of counselling. My rank is 1814 in MET. I want IT branch. Should I go for second round of counselling? Or will I just loose my Data Science and not get anything. Will the seats even be there in second round for IT and Data Science?

Yes you can change the branch in the second round counselling if you want to do so
