The amount will be refunded back to your bank account automatically within seven days. If it is not refunded back to you within seven days of time, then you can send an email to the official website or contact them, they will definitely help you with this.

Please mail or call the helpline number provided on the NEET UG website to address the issue and I am sure they will solve your query but in general even if they start a procedure that usually takes 4 to 6 working days to ensure the amount is return back to your bank even there had been multiple payments due to technical glitches
