dont misguide. College recognised certified is the one which states that the college you’re studying in is MCI recognised. They’re not asking if you’re recognised by mci. You’ll find the details and official college recognition details on the mci website. Search for your college and take a printout of all the details of your college and upload it. That’s all they’re asking.

We need to find that from mci site. There is a colleage and course section click ln right side of serach tab. Fill ur state name and other required details . Print it and upload scanned copy in pgi chandigarh.  . U r most welcome

Recognition certificate can be also replaced with provisional certificate as both of them are one and same

Recognition/provisional is the certificate given by college informing that you have completed your graduation.

Provisional certificates are nothing but the copy of original document. As Institute takes few months for providing originals,so they provide this certificate as temporary. So that student shouldn't face any problem for applying for further studies or jobs.
If you have original of your Institution you can even submit them.

As you said you are applying for pgimer, you can submit provisional certificate or originals if you have in place of recognition certificate.
