Hello Mahendra, you should go for AITH Kanpur.

AITH Kanpur is a government college whereas KIET is a private engineering college.

Fees in AITH is less as compared to KIET. Ranking of AITH is AAA+ on careers360. The placements are great in this college. The highest package of Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology is Rs.24 LPA .
