Doing an internship or a job in companies like Google, Microsoft is a dream for everyone. That is why it becomes a little harder for us to pass their selection criteria. Like if you want to do an internship in these companies then you have to submit your resume to their career sites if your resume gets screened then they will mail you for further process and after that, you will be having two to three interviews over the phone and an onsite interview to finalize your offer letter.

For a job, if you are even from a tier 1 college still have the struggle to get a job in these companies but there is a chance that you get a job there but if you are from tier 2-3 college then you have to choose another path to get a job there like to gain some experience in the industry and then apply on their career website.
