Hello,
Admission to B.Tech in Delhi Technological University is based on merit in JEE Main. JAC will conduct the admission to B.Tech in DTU, IIIT, Delhi, NSUT and IGDTUW. The candidate applying for admission must have passed or appeared in 10+2 or its equivalent examination with 60% aggregate marks or more marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics taken together and must have passed English as a subject of study (Core or Elective) from a recognized board. You haven't mentioned the marks scored in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics taken together. If it is minimum 60% aggregate or above you may apply for JAC Counselling.

Admission in DTU is completely on the basis of jee main crl rank through jac delhi counselling
But,
To be eligible for DTU your class 12th marks does matter.
I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but with 55% in PCM ,
You are not eligible for admission in DTU .
This is because,
the minimum percentage requirement in PCM is 60% in order to be eligible for DTU
For your reference,
JAC Delhi eligibility criteria is different for different colleges :-
>>>> For B.Tech in NSUT, IGDTUW and DTU
To be eligible one must pass his or her class 12th board examination with physics chemistry mathematics and English and must have got at least 60% in aggregate of physics chemistry and mathematics
>>>> For B.Tech in IIIT-D
to be eligible you must get at least 80% marks in the aggregate of best 5 including physics chemistry and maths. You must also have got at least 80% or more in mathematics
>>>> B.Arch in IGDTUW
to be eligible you must have got at least 50% marks in overall in your class 12th board examination and also you must have got at least 50% marks in aggregate of physics chemistry and mathematics
