DTU or IIIt sonepat which college is best and affordable for CSE?

Hello,
Fees in both the colleges is almost similar,and DTU is quite established college,with much better course curriculum and placement.IIIT sonepat do not have its own campus yet and is operating from IIT Delhi TechnoPark.
