du asked for central onc certificate. does there is any ews central certificate ? i applied under my state online website . will du accept this?

There is only one type of EWS certificate, so if you fulfil all the criteria for the EWS certificate then you can apply for one in the local administrative department of your city. You can use that certificate to avail the reservation wherever applicable.
