As far as B.SC (Honors) is concerned, For most of the courses, aggregate percentage of three subjects is taken into account. For mathematics honors and Computer Science Honors best four aggregate is used, for physics, chemistry and zoology honors, best of three is used which can be PCM or PCB.

Some colleges consider PCM/PCB marks while others consider PCM/PCB+language marks. Also, if you seek admission in B.Sc Physics, then your PCM marks will be taken into consideration, in mostly all the colleges. For chemistry or biology courses, they ask best of four percentage. So you need to confirm this from the particular college's authority.
