Hey, both DU and BHU are among the topmost institutions and are among the best for 3 - year LLB program.
DU holds an edge over BHU in terms of its highly reputed faculty and student crowd.
However, I would suggest you to appear for both the exams and then after getting selected make a decision - depending on your situation.

DU & BHU both are the good and historic Institutions for 3-year LLB program. It depends on you how you're executing your skills and opportunity you are getting. Delhi Law University produce many legal luminaries, Supreme Court and High Court judges, leading advocates & Activities like seminars, conferences are conducted.
BHU faculty also help the students & conduct the activities to get placed.
