The registration dates for m.com at du has not been displayed yet.
Soon the registration for m.com will start in du. You should always keep checking the official website of du for updates regarding registration -

Hello,
Due COVID-19 and lockdown in our country all the entrance exams, counselling, admissions are postponed and they will be resumed once the situation get normal.As of now there is no official announcement made by the authorities regarding the dates for PG admission in DU.So you need to wait until then and keep any eye on updates.
Once the notification is out you can apply and all the information will be available in this page

DU application form for M.com i.e application form for PG courses and UG courses as well is not clear yet. Actually DU application form for both UG and PG courses have been postponed due to covid-19 break and the lockdown caused by it till further notice.
So for now you need to wait for the notification regarding release of application form by Delhi University.
