Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as General.
As we go through previous year's (2019) cut-off then it shows that in 2019 the lowest cut-off marks was 613 for Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi under state quota for General category and we saw an increase of around 25-30 marks in institutional cut-offs in 2020. So if you are targeting for NEET 2021 then your aim should not be less than 650 out of 720 marks especially for medical colleges in Delhi.
