Delhi University's School of Open Learning is one of its constituents (SOL DU). With over 10 lakh students, it is one of India's largest distance education schools. The School provides a variety of courses through its 13 departments. B.Com {Hons.} 3,830 (1st Year Fees) 10+2
The fee structure is extremely affordable. Even the destitute can afford it. You just have to pay 3500 a year.
