Hey!
Delhi University, New Delhi application forms for undergraduation started from 20th June 2020 and last date to fill the form was 19 th July 2020, i.e,yesterday. So now the application forms are not available, however if have registered yourself than you can pay the fee for form. For more information you can go through this link
