Hi

This decision has to be solely taken by you.

Choose which branch suits you better or in other words, which branch you actually want to study. Choose a branch to which you are little more inclined for and go ahead with that. Search about the course, what they actually compile of. Here I'm sharing you the link about both of these courses for your betterment.

Chemical Engineering - https://www.careers360.com/chemical-engineering-course .

Mining Engineering - https://www.careers360.com/mining-engineering-course .

Again, if you do not have any inclination towards any of these branches, then do one thing, compare the colleges based on various factors like - campus, infrastructure, academics, co curriculum activities, involvement in various Clubs and Societies. Whichever college suits better, choose that. In this case NIT Rourkela stands far better than MANIT Bhopal and NIT Raipur.

Best of Luck.

Hope this helps.

Cheers!
