Due to certain errors my login id for pat has been deleted by my cloud server and i dont remember my id how can i retrive my id.

Nilim, if you do not have the login credentials in the Inboxes of your Registered Email id and mobile number, you may have to reach out to the helpdesk at their email id or helpline no#s. You can contact them at: 91-361-2382276, 91-361-2382276. You can also mail them at the email id: dte.assam@gov.in (mailto:dte.assam@gov.in) . You have to mail them from the Registered email id. And it might take 24-48 hours before they respond to your email. Please wait to hear from them.
