Hi Karthika!!! They don't have any procedure such as online counselling for students who didn't attend phase-1 counselling,you strictly need to attend the counselling venue to give the stipulated counselling fee and as you mentioned you missed it due to exams you should have authorised someone to attend the counselling on behalf of you,there's no information of online counselling of SRMJEE and they don't consider JEE percentile,they only considers your SRMJEE rank.
